Infinix S5 Pro was introduced on the 6th of match 2020 by Infinix Mobility. Infinix S5 Pro has claimed to be the cheapest smartphone with a pop-up camera and a no-notch display. The S5 Pro features a 48-megapixel main camera with f/1.79 aperture and a second 2-megapixel camera. Despite having a pop-up camera, S5 Pro had some excellent features that are surely going to impress its users.

Infinix S5 Pro Camera
A good thing to see a cheap smartphone with a pop-up camera, not just that, a 48-megapixel camera with autofocus from Infinix. Infinix S5 Pro packs in it a triple rear camera of 48 MP + 2 MP Depth Sensor + Low Light Sensor and a 16-megapixel front camera for selfies. These cameras claim to feature Digital Zoom, Dual Led Flash, Auto Flash, Face detection, HDR, AI, Touch to focus, and more.
More to say on the camera, Infinix failed this time to add the Optical Image Stabilisation feature which is seen in other devices from Samsung, Huawei, and more. The front camera uses a screen flash as its shooting flash.
Design and Display
Infinix S5Pro had a clean finishing, sleek design. Due to the introduction of the pop-up camera setup, the vertically placed camera sensor looks a little bulgy outside but it is still fine. Infinix S5 Pro comes in two different colors of violet and forest green. It is made of plastics both the body and frame while the screen is full glass, it weighs 194g. Behind is the fingerprint sensor close to the camera sensors. While the S letter is written at the bottom of the plastic back.
Looking at the display, Infinix delivered an almost all-screen smartphone with, 87% screen-to-body ratio. 162.5 x 76.9 x 9 mm is the dimension while it has a screen resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels, 19.5:9 aspect ratio, and 395 PPI density. The new Android 10 and Infinix XOS 6.0 brought a different user interface to the phone, everything looks clean and modern.
When toggled down, the notification menu icons are really cool looking like boxed icons.
Battery and Connectivity
Infinix S5 Pro still used the old known Micro USB 2.0 as its charging port, Bluetooth version 5, Wi-Fi 802.11, a/b/g/n, GPS. In the network, the selection is 2G/3G/4G, no 5G from Infinix yet. It uses two SIM and an SD card tray.
Infinix S5 Pro battery capacity is 4000mAh which could stay up for a whole depending on how it is used. The battery is non-removable.
Hardware and Performance
Infinix has been using the MediaTek processor on its smartphones and this S5 Pro isn’t an exception. The phone uses the MediaTek Helio P35 with 4 x 2.3 GHz Cortex-A53 & 4×1.8 GHz Cortex-A53 clock speed. The graphics processor is the PowerVR GE8320 for gaming and editing.
